Broadcast live on Good Morning America from the Grand Ole Opry this morning, the nominees for the 2016 Country Music Awards were announced by Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban and Cam. Of all the artists announced for awards, there were three who led the pack with five nominations each – Eric Church, Maren Morris and Chris Stapleton. Following those three were Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Dierks Bentley with four nods each.
The 2016 Country Music Awards will be broadcast live on ABC from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN on November 2, 2016, and will again be hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley – their ninth year hosting together.
